I created Abbey Rd. Home Care Services, Inc. in 2005 with the vision to provide home care health services and employment opportunites to community residents. Initially, we served younger, disabled persons who needed homemaking care to remain independent. The vision has grown to include families across the life span and medical care services to assist community residents to remain at home.
Paul D'Amore (CFO)
I joined Abbey Rd. Home Care Services, Inc. shortly after its inception in 2005. Having known Brenda Rogers through family connections, and working on special projects with her predecessor businesses and Abbey Rd. it became aparently clear that Abbey Rd. Home Care Services, Inc. and it's mission statement should be the next chapter in my career. I had come from an entrepreneurial background most notably building, and managing small businesses primarily in transportation logistics and assisting small businesses with accounting, and managament functions. I soon became CFO and a partner in Abbey Rd. Home Care Services, Inc. and along with Brenda we grew the company from one state contract to multiples streams of revenue. One of our greatest accomplishments was to introduce Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) years before it would become required for all Home Care Agencies that recieve public funds. This allowed us to create great integrity, and credibility in the service we performed for the state agencies we contracted with. We have employed hundreds of Homemakers, Home Health Aides, Supportive Home Care Aides, and nurses over the past 16 years, and are on track to become a certified agency which will give us even greater potential to carry out our mission statement, and serve a greater segment of the Massachussets population.
